Basic cheese burger                                       $5.00      

Graze the Prairie Grass fed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese on an organic bun.

Tamale Waffle                                                 $11.00

Pinole Blue organic tamale waffle smothered in house-made chorizo gravy (using Graze-the Prairie grass-fed beef), green chili, and a fried Orie's Farm Fresh egg. 

Market Egg Sandwich                                     $8.00

Two Orie's Farm Fresh eggs fried hard on grilled Crust and Crumb rosemary and kalamata sourdough. Served with melted swiss, market sourced greens, and Orie's garlic infused honey dijon aioli.

Our desire is to express the importance and quality of food ingredients grown and raised in Kansas. We appreciate the history of the plant or animal, the story of the farmer who produced it, and the practices by which it was grown, raised or produced. 

In Season ingredients are aggregated by FarmShop, then prepared and carefully prepared by Old Town Farmers' Market Chef, Gerard Rodriguez, a well known fixture in Wichita's culinary community.
